1. I'm having difficulty registering. The Registration number does not seem to work. Why?

The registration code provided with your software will work. The font used, however, does make it difficult to determine exactly what the code numbers and letter are. These rules should help:
- All of the letters are capital letters
- The registration number should start as i23.
- If it is a 1, it will look like the 1 on your keyboard, the L will look like an L, the capital letter I (i) is not the lowercase letter i, the number 1, nor the lowercase letter L.

2. I'm having difficulty completing an antivirus update. I seem to get a downloading error every time I try to get an update. What's going on?

You cannot connect to the update server if you are running Internet Explorer version 5.4 or earlier. To run effectively, the Extendia Antivirus AVK software must run on a system with Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later. The software can run with other types of browsers, however, the internal browser built into ISP service provider software such as MSN or AOL sometimes is a modified version of Internet Explorer that is not always compatible with the software. To fix the problem you must upgrade your browser software to a genuine version of Internet Explorer that is 5.5 or later.
